    Diane was very friendly and also flexible considering the circumstances I was under, as I was running a bit late due to slidding my truck into a ditch right before the appointment.

    I also told her that I had a knot the size of a baseball is my shoulder that was debilitating me from doing anything besides lifting a pen, not to mention the pain it caused me.
